How can I reach out to you?
There are three ways to contact us - the contact form, via Facebook, or via Messenger (look at the bottom right of your window). We will respond to email in 24 hours and Facebook in 4 hours (during business hours).
Do you offer free shipping?
For orders shipped to US addresses, we offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days). We're in the process of moving to new warehouses that will decrease ship times, and shipping costs may change.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns for any reason as long as the package is unopened during the 30-day period (which starts when you receive the item). If the package is opened and the item is defective, we will accept a return (which is covered under the warranty). Return shipping is not covered in any case, unless we send you the wrong item or the carrier misplaces it.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once we ship your order you'll receive a notification with a tracking number. Always feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about your order.
What if the lights arrive damaged?
This is covered under our return policy - simply send it back! Contact us to get the process started.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it without a fee. Otherwise, it will be treated as a return.
What about warranty?
The product description will describe the included warranty, which is maintained by the manufacturer. We do not (yet) offer an extended warranty option.
